Nomination Process

A transparent, four-step journey from nomination to recognition at the annual ICOSA Conclave.

Step 01

Check Eligibility

Schools: ICOSA-accredited (Standard level and above). Teachers: Minimum 5 years experience, demonstrated achievements, and relevant educational qualifications.

Step 02

Submit Nomination

Select your category, fill the nomination form with supporting documents, achievements, and evidence of impact.

Step 03

Expert Evaluation

ICOSA's expert panel reviews all nominations against category-specific criteria with rigorous, transparent evaluation.

Step 04

Award Ceremony

Winners are announced and felicitated at the annual ICOSA Conclave with trophies, certificates, and nationwide recognition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any ICOSA-accredited school (Standard level and above) can nominate for School Awards. For Teacher Awards, teachers must be nominated by their accredited school.

Yes. Only schools that have completed the ICOSA accreditation process are eligible for award nominations. This ensures a verified baseline of quality.

Yes. A school can nominate different teachers across different Teacher Award categories. However, each teacher can only be nominated in one category per year.

Each category has specific criteria. Generally, nominees are evaluated on measurable outcomes, innovation, sustainability of impact, documentation/evidence, and alignment with ICOSA quality standards.

The 2nd Annual ICOSA Conclave and Award Ceremony is planned for December 2026 in New Delhi. Exact dates will be announced after nominations close.

Nomination is free for all ICOSA-accredited schools. There are no hidden charges for the nomination or evaluation process.
