The process follows a phased cycle: Application & Eligibility check → Self-Study Phase (internal audit with teachers, parents, students) → On-Site Evaluation by ICOSA Peer Review Team → Action Plan with recommendations → Certification if standards are met (typically for a 3–5 year term).

How long is the accreditation valid, and what is the renewal process?
Accreditation is typically granted for 1 to 3 years. Schools undergo a Re-Accreditation audit involving an updated Self-Study Report and a follow-up visit. Annual Progress Reports are required to ensure improvement plans are being followed.
